    Tasting Notes
    Color
    This wine presents a high color intensity with ruby-red and purple tones.
    Aroma
    It has a fruit aroma, emphasizing red fruits and spices, perfectly integrated with the wood of the oak, giving the wine a touch of complexity.
    Taste
    It is well structured in the mouth, with a striking presence of its tannins, reflecting the typical characteristics of the tannat grape, but at the same time rounded and smooth, giving the wine a velvety touch.
    Technical Characteristics
    Manual selection of bunches on selection table
    De-stemming of bunches in de-stemmer, leaving grapes whole
    Gravity-feed tank filling
    Cold maceration (criomaceration) at 8 degrees centigrade with whole grape for 4 days
    Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation at 25-30 degrees centigrade, with 4 to 6 ''Pigeages'' per day for slow extraction of color and tannins and 1 delestage for color stabilization.
    Post-fermentation maceration for 10 to 15 days
    Racking by gravity
    Complete spontaneous malolactic fermentation 30% of the wine aged in American oak casks and the rest in stainless tanks.
    Alcohol: 13.8 %
    Service: The ideal temperature to serve is 16ÂșC.
